Golf Mobility Training is a collaboration between Stick Mobility and PGA Pro Trainer Ben Shear to help golfers improve their game by improving their mobility.

Stick Mobility is a training system that combines joint mobilization, strength training, and active stretching to increase athletic performance, reduce risk of injury, and speed recovery.
