Domestic (U.S.) Return Policy

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility and deducted from your refund.
  • Please note that all sales of digital content and apparel are final and cannot be refunded.
  • Unfortunately, shipping costs from your original order (including taxes, duties, and VAT) are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 8 days. The refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
  • If your order was not placed directly through StickMobility.com, please reach out to the seller for return and exchange assistance.

International Return Policy

Return Eligibility:

If you placed your order through StickMobility.com and it was shipped outside the U.S., you're still covered by our 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee.

  • As with domestic returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please note that shipping costs, including taxes, duties, and VAT, from the original order are non-refundable.

For Orders from International Partners:

If you purchased through one of our international sites (e.g., stickmobility.com.eu, stickmobility.com.uk, stickmobility.com.au), please contact them directly for return and exchange inquiries.

Return & Exchange Restrictions

  • Our Mistake? We’ve Got You Covered: If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we’ll cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because you were unavailable to receive it, additional shipping costs may apply to reship the package.
  • Lost Packages: Unfortunately, packages lost by the shipping carrier are not eligible for a refund. Please contact the carrier with your tracking number for assistance.
  • Damaged Packages in Transit: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will reship it at no additional cost. However, we cannot offer a refund for orders lost or damaged in transit.
  • Delivered but Not Received: If your package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but you can't locate it, please contact the carrier directly to determine where the package was left.
  • Incorrect Address Provided: Orders delivered to the wrong address due to a customer error cannot be refunded. If you notice an incorrect address after placing your order, Stick Mobility is not responsible for redirecting the shipment or covering any costs related to an address change.
  • Exclusions

    • Products that have been modified or damaged due to improper use are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • If you purchased from a seller other than StickMobility.com, please refer to their return policy.

    Return Packaging Recommendations

    We recommend keeping the original shipping box until you're certain you'll be keeping your sticks. If you no longer have the original box, you can create a suitable package by combining two shorter boxes (e.g., two 3- or 4-foot boxes) to make a longer one.
