We ship to all addresses within the continental United States with these important notes:
- We cannot ship to USPS P.O. Boxes at this time
- Rates vary based on shipping region
- Free shipping is not available to Hawaii or Alaska
International Shipping:Â
While we do ship internationally, we recommend first checking with our International Partners for potentially lower shipping and import costs. When ordering directly from us:
- Import duties may be charged by your country's customs authority
- These duties are the customer's responsibility to pay upon delivery
- Duties are not included in our shipping charges
- Duty amounts vary by country and cannot be predicted by our team

- Business days: Monday through Friday
- Weekend orders: Processing begins next business day
- Holidays: Federal holidays excluded

USPS Ground Important Notes:
- Extensive delivery network
- Often faster to certain locations
- Please Note: USPS tracking updates may be limited
- Normal: Packages may arrive with minimal tracking updates
IMPORTANT: USPS Ground packages occasionally arrive without final delivery scans. This is normal and doesn't indicate a delivery problem.

Expedited Options
Rates calculated at checkout based on location
Premium Delivery Services:
- USPS Priority: 1-3 business days
- UPS 3-Day Select: 3 business days
- UPS 2-Day Air: 2 business days
- Fedex 2-Day: 2 business days
- Fedex Express Saver: 3 business days
Tracking Information
After Your Order Ships:
- Receive shipping confirmation email with tracking number

- USPS packages: After 7 business days without updates
- UPS packages: After 5 business days without updates
- Fedex packages: After 7 business days without updates
- Unshipped orders: After 4 business days from placement
Lost Package Resolution
Our Process:
- Initial wait period: 7 business days from last update
- Carrier investigation begins
- Resolution: Replacement or refund if unlocated
