Short Training Stick (56 inches)
Best when space is tight or you are adding to an existing setup. Use a Short Training Stick for quick daily movement, rotations, and travel, or when you already own a Long Training Stick. It is more limited than a Long Training Stick, so we do not recommend it as your first and only Training Stick.
Long Training Stick (76 inches)
Best single Training Stick to start with. The extra length gives you more leverage, more support, and more options to modify exercises, especially if you are stiff, tight, or working on balance. Choose the Long Training Stick if you want to experience the widest range of Stick Mobility Training Stick exercises with just one Training Stick.
Training Stick Bundle (2 Long + 1 Short)
Best choice if you are ready to commit. Two Long Training Sticks and one Short Training Stick make up the complete Stick Mobility training setup we use to teach trainers, coaches, and medical practitioners. The Training Stick Bundle lets you follow the full system and get the best long-term value.
