These are awesome tools. In a couple of weeks I've seen improvement in balance, flexibility, and strength. Wish I'd found them sooner. I'm a 78 year old geezer and this still gives improvement.
Only issue I've had is that the video workouts are hard to work with. Following an expert is hard. I have to jump back and forth pausing and restarting the show. The individual exercise instructions are great. As far as drills go, the pdf series you sent last week is much better than the video sessions. Thank you.
I am still experimenting with incorporating Stick Mobility exercises into my fitness program. So far, the sticks are helpful for warm-up, cool-down, and recovery from kettlebell and cardio.
Performing exercises with correct form is crucial, so I incorporate one exercise at a time to ensure my form is correct before learning a new exercise. The instruction in the YouTube videos are easy to follow along and give enough cues so I can learn how to do the exercises correctly.
I ordered two sets of Stick mobility bundles for a home gym. While I love the sticks, the company offers no simply way to learn the different ways to use them other than through online purchases of boring videos or free, poorly produced and boring videos on You Tube. How about a simple poster or instruction book? It would make the product more enjoyable.
Been using them for 3 weeks consistently and I love them. It does take some work to make them your own. An aftermarket or included poster/booklet would be preferred over YT videos but I have my own flows now.
However, the vids are great and there are many. Made a couple short sticks a few years ago using PVC but these are way better in every way except the price.
Love these sticks. Very durable product…. Maybe invest in different colors someday 👀
Great addition to my home gym. Tons of workouts available on YT for free. A bit spendy but what isn't nowadays and yes I did try PVC from home Depot first. Cheers!
I love my three Stick Mobility sticks and want to keep them safe from damage and excess heat/light. The custom-fit bag is perfect at doing those things, Definitely requirement store and protect your investment, IMO.
As a former professional dancer/tumbler/ stuntman my body has been through the wringer! I have always stayed in shape but at almost 57, it gets tougher each decade. These sticks are such a great tool to hit the body in so many different ways building strength within flexibity exactly how we move and need it in life itself! As a Lic. Massage Therapist and Cert. Pilates instructor I will be able to add this to the mix to help my clients create long lasting change! I am 3/4 through my Stick Mobility Cert. Level 1 course and I just can’t wait to keep going and take it to the masses! If you’re considering whether Stick Training is for you, I’d say 100% do it! You won’t be sorry and it will change your physical and mental health and life in ways you can’t imagine!
Couldn’t have been more pleased with doing business with Stick Mobility. The quality of product and service was above and beyond my
If you need to take your mobility sticks to a remote site for use the only way to do it is with the mobility stick travel case. I got my wife one for a Christmas gift and she loves it. Now she can transport her sticks to a remote site in the park or woods nearby, as well as, the health center. The bag is very sturdy, easy to use, keeps the sticks bundled together and roomy enough for both of our sets. This thing is great! We highly recommend it! Thanks for making it available Stick Mobility.
I have been using the sticks to improve my mobility for wakeboarding. It is the best training tool that I have found to help with mobility that I need for wakeboarding.
A must have in your home gym.
Great product!
