The Run Injury Free Online Video Training Series is a collaboration between podiatrist Dr. Emily Splichal of Naboso Technology and Stick Mobility. This series features pre-run warmup exercises, two workout routines, plus post-run recovery drills. The custom exercises utilize our Mobility Stick Bundle and the Naboso Training Mat to help athletes prepare their bodies for the unique demands of running.
