Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • UPS 2 Day Air ( 2 days) - Varies by location

All orders ship from our warehouse in Florida.

Please note that while most of our orders are processed within 1-2 days, orders may take up to 4 days to process.

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, however, orders do not ship from our warehouse on weekends or on federal holidays within the United States.
(Example: Orders placed on Friday will not ship until after the weekend on Monday or Tuesday.)

Shipping within the US is FREE on orders over $250 (before shipping) – no promotion code needed. These orders will ship UPS standard ground shipping.

USPS DELAY NOTIFICATION: Due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, the USPS Priority Mail's two-day and three-day service commitments are currently extended to three days and four days. The USPS is also experiencing general delivery delays nationwide. Packages routed through the following areas are being more heavily affected:
(AZ, CA, CO, IL, ME, MI, MO, MS, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX, VA, AND PACKAGES TO CANADA).
IF YOU LIVE IN OR NEAR ONE OF THESE AREAS PLEASE CONSIDER THE UPS OPTION. Delays in other areas are also possible.

Hawaii & Alaska

For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer USPS (Priority) standard shipping, as well as UPS shipping services.

Puerto Rico & Guam

For shipments to Puerto Rico and Guam, we offer USPS (Priority) standard shipping.

P.O. Boxes

If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, we offer USPS Priority standard shipping.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

We're very sorry for any inconvenience but we do not ship to APO, FPO, DPO military addresses.

International Shipping

Stick Mobility US does ship internationally, however, to save on shipping and import costs we recommend purchasing from one of our International Partners.
Customs Duties are calculated based on the destination and are the customer's responsibility to pay upon receipt of the package.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.

Canceling an Order

Since most orders ship in 1-day please contact us as soon as possible so we can cancel your order and attempt to prevent it from shipping.
If we are unable to pull the order before it ships there we will have to assess a return shipping fee of $19.95.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed, but please allow up to 4 days for processing. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site.

My tracking shows as delivered but I haven't received my package.

To help ensure the safety of your package, some postal workers will try to leave your package out of plain sight or a helpful neighbor may have moved it for safekeeping.
We've found that more often than not the package is either in the building or with a neighbor.

If you could please check all exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed, including porches, back patios, garages, and any areas that are out of potential weather hazards as well as with anyone who might have retrieved the package for you (neighbors, roommates, etc.) and let us know if you find it.
