The TriSlider™ is a dynamic tool for both balance and core training, designed to be used with the Stick Mobility Training Stick or independently. It features two dual-sided discs: one side is smooth plastic for sliding across surfaces, and the other side is foam to engage your balance. This versatile tool allows you to target your core from different angles, improving strength and stability. Compact and easy to use, the TriSlider™ is perfect for home gym setups and complements your existing training equipment for a full-body workout experience. Each disc measures 8.5 inches in diameter.

Stick Mobility Training Sticks come with a 12-month Limited Warranty against manufacturer defects for sticks purchased from stickmobility.com from the date of purchase. We will replace any Training Stick found to contain a manufacturer defect after inspection and will cover replacement shipping charges.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Sticks that have been modified in any way are not eligible for warranty.
Training Sticks that have been damaged or broken due to over-bending, misuse or neglect are not eligible for warranty.
