Thank you all for standing behing your product and paying attention to the details as an organization.
The revised foam composition to the replacement sliders are perhaps twice the density of the originals. This allows for greater durability and support in all planes of motion. This yields a superior end product with enhanced structural integrity for exercise. I thank you and the team all your efforts. I am very pleased with the product solution set developed by the Stick Mobility Team, as the tools has proven to be an effective added modality and has exceeded my expectations.
Great quality and support materials!
Its great All they say
I am all in for this product and the potential, however, it is a long deep dive to get a good structure for a new class. Everything is piece meal of different body parts, diff stretches and levels but nothing that presents a flow for an entire class. Super frustrating
I was gifted an 8ft stick (I'm 6ft), and liked it so much I wanted to get a second stick so I could perform the movements that require two sticks. The 8ft sticks are no longer offered, so I ordered 7 footers. These shorter sticks do not work as well for me as the 8ft, and honestly I don't think they are made as well as the longer version. As mentioned, I really think these sticks work but I wonder how many folks over 6ft would benefit further from having a taller version available.
Despite a bad back (degenerative arthritis at L4 L5) I am an avid golfer. This year, while working with a golf professional, he put me on the long stick and taught me a few different exercises to help keep me flexible in order to play golf. That has been a game changer for me. And if I do it just before I go out to golf, I’m able to swing freely and without pain.
Nice product but nowhere near worth the cost, especially with the massive additional tariff charges, which nearly doubled the total cost of the product. Too bad because I've been excited about this product for some years now and finally pulled the trigger. Turned out to be the wrong decision.
Massive regrets because I ordered 2 more sets as gifts for my family, plus storage bags, before getting hit with the hidden bill from the shipping company. Add an extra $1000 to the total cost of the product. Should have purchased a couple $10 broom sticks from the local hardware store.
I love my long stick. It has helped me achieve excellent mobility!
I like it very much it definitely has a place in my life routine
Thank you.
Love this item! I use it for Yoga, Strength and Conditioning and Balance practice!
Training Stick Bundle
I’ve been a fan of Stick Mobility for several years which is why when I decided to become a personal trainer one of the first things I did after going independent was buy enough sticks to share this training modality in a group fitness setting. I’ve gotten all good reviews so far.
The Stick is a great way to get a daily stretch easy, in or out of the house. I plan on taking mine camping with me this summer I love how it makes me feel all day.
These are awesome tools. In a couple of weeks I've seen improvement in balance, flexibility, and strength. Wish I'd found them sooner. I'm a 78 year old geezer and this still gives improvement.
Only issue I've had is that the video workouts are hard to work with. Following an expert is hard. I have to jump back and forth pausing and restarting the show. The individual exercise instructions are great. As far as drills go, the pdf series you sent last week is much better than the video sessions. Thank you.
I am still experimenting with incorporating Stick Mobility exercises into my fitness program. So far, the sticks are helpful for warm-up, cool-down, and recovery from kettlebell and cardio.
Performing exercises with correct form is crucial, so I incorporate one exercise at a time to ensure my form is correct before learning a new exercise. The instruction in the YouTube videos are easy to follow along and give enough cues so I can learn how to do the exercises correctly.
